ELEFTERIOS PHILIP ANASTASIADIS Peacefully on May 13, 2002 at the Grace Hospital with his family by his side, Philip Anastasiadis passed away. Philip was predeceased by his beloved son Michael, brother Dennis and sister Essie, parents, Despina and Christos Philip was a lifetime restaurant operator and entrepreneur. Philip enjoyed golf, horse racing, and socializing with friends. Philip will be remembered by his brothers, George, Steve and sister Grace; Philips children, Michelle, Beccy and Myles; grandsons, Christopher and Nathan will remember him with love. Prayers will be said tonight, May 15, 2002 at 7:00 p.m. in St. Demetrios Greek Orthodox Church. Funeral services will be held tomorrow, Thursday, May 16 at 2:00 p.m. in St. Demetrios Greek Orthodox Church, Grant at Shaftesbury with Father Dimitrios Giannou officiating. Interment to follow in Chapel Lawn Memorial Gardens, 4000 Portage Ave. In lieu of flowers, a trust fund in the memory of Philip has been set up to provide for his daughter Michelles education.
