JOHN ANGUS McGEACHY On Tuesday, May 14, 2002 at the Grace Hospital, John McGeachy passed away at the age of 79 years. Left to cherish his memory are his wife Betty; sons, John (Linda) of Tyndall and Robert (Lindsay) of Winnipeg; and grandchildren, Crystal, Donald and Catlin. He is also survived by sisters-in-law, May (Rob) of Glasgow, Scotland and Pat of Leeds, England, as well as two sisters, Margaret (Darcy), of Victoria and Nancy of Surrey and numerous nieces and nephews. John was employed with Reimer Express Lines in Sales and was a member of St. James Masonic Lodge #121, Ancient and Accepted Scottish Rite of Free Masonry, Khartum Shrine and The Royal Canadian Legion, St. James Branch #4. John served as a pilot with the RCAF from 1941 to 1945 and reenlisted in 1951 to 1957. A private family service will take place.
