Anne, MB, on Tuesday, May 21, 2002, Mrs. Adele Latendresse-Dupuis, passed away at the age of 85 years. She leaves to cherish her memory her two children, Gilles and Harriet Mecas, Huguette (Gilles) Remillard; her seven grandchildren, Robert (Donna) Dupuis, Brunel (Terri) Dupuis, Bertrand (Lianne) Dupuis; Lucien, Yvon (Heather), Donald (Leanne), Carmelle Remillard-Guia (Antonio) 12 great-grandchildren, Sean, Eric, Amy, Ashley, Brendan, Jaime, Chelsey, Tatiene, Jocelyne, Justin, Sheldon and Myriam. She also leaves a daughter-in-law Vivianne Walker; Uncle Alfreds family; as well as numerous nieces and nephews; one sister Marcelline Fontaine; two sisters-in-law and the Latendresse family. Our sincere thanks to all the staff at Villa Youville for their compassion and excellent care given to our mother. A special thank you to Pauline Fontaine, Sr. Irene Rioux and Sr. Marguerite Forest for all their support at this time of need and sorrow. Our sincere thanks to the doctors in Ste. Anne and to Fr. Rene Chartier for their care and devotion. Prayers will take place at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, May 23 at Desjardins Funeral Chapel, 357 Des Meurons St. Funeral mass will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, May 25 in the St. Jean-Baptiste Roman Catholic Church, with Fr. Paul Campeau and Rev. Fr. Armand LeGal, o.m.i. celebrants. Interment of cremated remains will follow in the parish cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Villa Youville in memory of Mrs. Adele Latendresse-Dupuis.
