OWEN WILLIAM UNDERDOWN Peacefully on Sunday, May 19, 2002 at his residence at MDC, Portage la Prairie, Owen William Underdown, passed away at the age of 67 years. Owen will be lovingly remembered by his sister Mary Mitchell of Winnipeg; nieces and nephew, Sharon, William (Pearl) and Mary; and his grand nieces and nephews, Matthew, Charity, Michael, Daphne, April, Christopher and Sharilynn; along with the staff and residents at Manitoba Development Centre. The family is very appreciative of the loving care given Owen at MDC and the hospital by all the staff and doctors. Funeral service will be held at the Aspen Centre at MDC in Portage la Prairie, on Thursday, May 23 at 1:30 p.m. with Chaplain Ron Siemens officiating. Interment is to follow in the Garden for MDC at Evergreen Memorial Gardens, Portage la Prairie, MB. A tree will be planted and cared for in memory of Owen by McKenzies Portage Funeral Chapel who are entrusted with the arrangements. 857-4021
