ANNELIESE BREXL Suddenly at home on May 22, 2002, Anneliese, beloved wife of John Brexl, passed away at the age of 71. Born in Germany, Anneliese came to Canada in October 1954. She is survived by two nieces and cousins in Germany. She was predeceased by her parents and two sisters. She enjoyed fishing and vacationing at Radium Hot Springs, BC. She enjoyed life and was a fun person to be around. Funeral services will be held on Monday, May 27, at 1:00 p.m. in Thomson Funeral Chapels, 669 Broadway. Viewing will be one-half hour prior to the service. Following a reception, the interment will take place in Glen Lawn Memorial Gardens (across from the Royal Canadian Mint) on Lagimodiere Blvd. Pallbearers will be Walter Grassler, Clint Trakalo, Robert Vollrath and Gordon Grassler. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Annelieses memory to the Heart and Stroke Foundation, 301-352 Donald St., Winnipeg, MB, R3B 2H8 or the Canadian Diabetes Association, 102 - 310 Broadway, Winnipeg, MB, R3C 0S6.
