HERMAN BRISKE Herman Briske, beloved husband of Helen Briske, passed away Wednesday, May 22, 2002. He was born March 21, 1909 in Jansen, SK. Herman was a resident of Winnipeg since 1946. He was a master carpenter employed by Bird Construction until his retirement in 1972. Herman was predeceased by his son Austin Dean Briske. He is survived by his wife Helen; daughter Carreen Rose (Norman) daughter-in-law Marie Briske; granddaughters, Sharon Briske, Holly Faby; grandson Brian Rose; four great-grandchildren; four sisters; and one brother. A Service of Remembrance will take place on Wednesday, May 29, at 10:00 a.m. in the Leatherdale Gardiner Funeral Chapel, 1501 Waverley St. Interment to follow in the Chapel of Eternal Memoires Mausoleum.
