Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryEVALINE N. COLEY Passed away peacefully in her sleep on Sunday, May 19, 2002, in Vernon, BC. She is survived by her son Ronald (Lorna) and her daughter Norrie Cochrane (Stewart). She had nine grandchildren: Daniel, Melissa Dvorak (Jon), Leah, David, Craig (Jodi), and Laura Cochrane, and Janet, Christine and Andrea Clark; and two great-grandchildren, Jasmine Coley and Nicole Dvorak. Eva was predeceased by her husband Henry; and three brothers, David, James and Frank Cavers; and an infant sister Nancy Cavers. She had resided in Vernon for the last nine years and, prior to that, she resided predominantly in Winnipeg as well as in Victoria, Ottawa and Watson Lake, Yukon. While in Vernon she was a member of Trinity United Church. She was active in the Eastern Star and in a newcomers club. While in Winnipeg she was a member of King Memorial United Church and Westworth United Church and was also active in the Eastern Star. Eva was a very kind, considerate and loving mother and grandmother. She will be missed by her children, grand-children, great-grandchildren and her many friends. A memorial service was held in Vernon, BC on Tuesday, May 21, and interment will take place in Victoria. Arrangements were in the care of Vernon Funeral Home. (250) 542-0155.
