JOHN EDWARD McRAE John Edward McRae passed away suddenly on May 21, 2002 at his home. John will be remembered by family and friends as a fun-loving, jovial man who was not long without a smile, laugh or good-natured rib. John was a husband (Kim), father (Daryk), brother and son. John is leaving a family of six boys, where he was the eldest. His mother Merle; brothers, Marcel, Kevin, Terry (Brandi), Darcy (Shelley), Kelly (Pauline) will sorrily miss him. John grew up in Weston and spent lots of time with his grandmother (Alice Davis). John was predeceased by his grandmother and father (Alvin McRae). John is survived by many nieces and nephews. Thanks to everyone who passed on their condolences and best wishes. The service will be held at Bardals, 843 Sherbrook St. on Wednesday, May 29 at 1:00 p.m. Donations can be made care of Daryk McRae, Scotiabank, 3247 Portage Ave.

Dad I miss you so much. I hope that you're proud of me even when I am weak. I could really use you in my life right now. Mom is doing the best she can and I love her to death.
