WILLIAM GLEN McLEOD (POTSIE) Beloved husband, father, grandfather and great-grandfather, passed suddenly on Saturday morning, May 25, 2002 at the age of 71 years. He is survived by his much beloved wife of 51 years, Violet (nee Brown) daughter Gwendolyn; son Keith; granddaughter Darcie and husband Scott Smith; great-grandsons, Mackenzie, Griffin and Carter; sisters, Eileen (Pud), Mary (Dick), Fern (Dave) and brother Kenneth (Eileen). Predeceased by his father Robert and mother Mary; brothers, Roderick, Fraser (Norma), Alick (Nancy). He is survived by many nieces and nephews who will always remember him as uncle Pots. Glen and his family resided in the Dugald area for most of his life, except for their travels to New Zealand for three years and Australia for three years. For the last 28 years, Glen was very involved in the family trucking business which continues operation. His spare time was dedicated to family and friends, hockey, golfing and curling. Public viewing will be held Tuesday evening from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m., May 28 in Green Acres Funeral Chapel. Memorial service at 2:00 p.m. in Oak Bank United Church on Wednesday, May 29.
