THERESA MARY TUROLDO (nee FRASER) May 14, 1929 - May 21, 2002 With family by her side, Theresa Mary Turoldo passed away peacefully on Tuesday, May 21, 2002, after a courageous battle with cancer at the Riverview Health Centre. She was predeceased by her parents, William and Delia Anne Fraser; her sister Helen Laing; and Theresas husband Marchi. She is survived by her sisters, Kae OToole and Margaret Fraser of Winnipeg; and her brother Robert Fraser and his wife Hilda of Calgary. She is also survived by eight nieces; two nephews; and their spouses. Theresa touched many lives and will be sadly missed by her family and friends. Theresa was a faithful member of Holy Rosary Catholic Church in Winnipeg, where she was involved in numerous committees and activities. Included in there were terms as President of the Catholic Womens League and Church Secretary. Theresa also served in the Air Force Reserve. Theresa spent most of her working career with Robinson-Weber, employed as an accountant, where she completed 35 years of faithful stewardship in 1985. The family would like to offer special thanks to Dr. Kirk and the medical staff at Riverview Health Centre. Of special note, the efforts of Carol, Barb and Bev were most appreciated by the entire family. Viewing will be held on Monday, May 27, at 10:00 a.m. in the Holy Rosary Roman Catholic Church, 510 River Ave. Mass of Christian Burial will follow at 11:00 a.m. with Father Sam Argenziano presiding at the Eucharist. Interment will take place at St. Marys Cemetery, 506 Osborne St. In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that donations be made to the Canadian Diabetic Association or the Canadian Cancer Society.
