Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryGRETCHEN L. MILLOY (HAMPTON) Sadly at Seven Oaks Hospital on Tuesday, May 28, 2002, Mrs. Gretchen L. Milloy (Hampton) passed away at the age of 92. She was predeceased by her first husband, John A. (Jack) Scott, her second husband Angus B. Wight, and her son Donald B. Scott. She leaves to cherish her memory her husband John M. Milloy, daughter Shirley Dupuis and husband Eugene, granddaughter Debbie Dryden, husband Ken and great-grandsons, Scott and Johnathan. Grandson Keith Dupuis, wife Chris and great-grandchildren, Amanda and Neil. Granddaughter Michele and friend Stuart. Daughter Darlene Scott, granddaughter Cheryl Onyshko, husband Ron, and great-grandsons, Ryan and Avery. Granddaughter Shelley Scott Lindner and husband Paul. Daughter-in-law Florence Scott, grandson Mike Scott, wife Sandy, and great-granddaughters, Jackie, Jennifer and Ashley. Grandson David Scott, granddaughter Lynn Fisher, husband Dave, and great-grandchildren, Corey, Sara, Janae, and Dallas. Grandson Rob Scott and friend Maxine, granddaughter Lori Grey and husband Matt. Her sister Irene Walker (Jack), and brother Gordon Hampton (Grace) nieces, nephew and great-nieces and nephews. Gretchen was born in Strathcona, AB and moved to Transcona in 1914. She grew up in Transcona where she met and married Jack Scott in 1936. They lived in Redditt, ON for a number of years prior to returning to Transcona. Since Jacks death in 1959, she remarried twice, and spent most of her later years in Vancouver, and then Abbottsford, BC. She had recently moved back to Winnipeg with her husband John Milloy in 2000, and were currently residing in the St. Norbert Nursing Home. Our sincere thanks to the staff of St. Norbert Nursing Home and the staff of Seven Oaks Hospital. Viewing will take place on Friday, May 31 from 6:30 - 7:30 p.m. at Green Acres Memorial Gardens. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, June 1 at 11:00 a.m. at Windsor Park United Church, 1062 Autumnwood Dr. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation, 301 - 352 Donald St., Winnipeg, MB R3B 2H8.
