Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryWILLIAM MATYCHUK Peacefully after a brief illness William Matychuk, aged 78, passed away at the Grace Hospital on May 31, 2002. William was predeceased by his parents and his brothers, Peter, Michael and John. He will be lovingly remembered by his wife of 43 years, Myrtle; son Rick; sisters, Mary Tkach and Eileen Werbiski and many nieces and nephews. William worked for many years for the Winnipeg Paper Co. and retired in 1986 from Standard Aero. The family would like to thank Dr. Schroeder and the staff at the Grace Hospital for the kindness and care shown to William during his illness. Visitation will be held at the Chapel Lawn Funeral Home, 4000 Portage Ave. on Wednesday, June 5 from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. The funeral service will be held on Thursday, June 6 at 11:00 a.m. at Sturgeon Creek United Church, 207 Thompson Dr. Interment and reception will follow.
