Offer Condolences or MemoryLONDA LOUISE DREGER (nee ROYAL) Londa Dreger passed away on Tuesday, June 4, 2002, at the Beausejour District Hospital at the age of 78. She was predeceased by her husband Roy; parents, Ben and Elsie Royal; her brothers, Richard and Dexter. She is survived by three sons, Lloyd (Barb) of Pinawa, MB, children, Brent and Robyn; Larry (Lee), daughter Dayna of Saskatoon, SK, Crystal and children, Dustin, Clifford and Shaina of Edmonton, AB, and Tamara (Darren) and child-ren Kayleen, Braeden, Vincent of Edmonton, AB; Wayne (Jennifer) of Winnipeg and children, Doug (Susan) and son Jack of New Jersey and Andrea (Jeff) and daughter Katie of Winnipeg, MB; brother Benny (Blanche) and sisters-in-law, Lee and Florence of Nova Scotia. Mom was born August 3, 1923, in Glace Bay, Nova Scotia. She met and married Roy in Yar-mouth, Nova Scotia. They moved to Moosehorn, Steep Rock and then to Beausejour, MB. She was very involved in the Royal Canadian Legion in Steep Rock and Beausejour, as well as being an Avon Rep. for over 40 years. Mom loved baking, cooking, pickling, canning, knitting and quilting. Funeral service will be held on Friday, June 7 at 2:00 p.m. at Zion Lutheran Church, Beausejour, with Pastor Dale Berg officiating. Interment will follow at Zion Lutheran Cemetery. Thanks to Dr. G. Campbell, staff at Beausejour Hospital and her homecare givers. A special thank you to Moms friend Edna for all her help.
