Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryJOHN ROY HENRY (JACK) John Roy Henry, at Stonewall Hospital, June 3, 2002, our beloved father, grandfather and great-grandfather, leaves his beloved wife Mary of 62 years and it was a marriage made in heaven. Jack was born in Harperville December 13, 1914 son of Kate and Jim Henry. He also leaves daughters, Merna (Wendell), Charlene; and daughter-in-law Ellen; grandchildren, Twyla, Marnie, Vanessa, Jackie, Randy, Tanya, Tammy, Shane, Tyson; and his great-grandchildren; sisters, Ann Rodway, Jessie Diell, Pearl Haddad; brother Ross Henry (Freda). He was very close to his siblings. All his nieces were jewels, but he had two precious ones, Lil Gobert, and Linda Henry. He was predeceased by his son Brian; daughter Valerie; brothers, Joe, Tom, Jimmy, Billy, Gordon, Bert; sisters, Mary, Margaret, Dolly; Duke and his stillborn twin brother. Jacks whole life revolved around his family and friends. He farmed and worked for Highways for 33 years and was well respected. He was a member of the Legion. He lived in Lake Francis until 1984, and had resided in Stonewall until his passing. A funeral service will be held at the MacKenzie Funeral Chapel, Stonewall on Friday, June 7 at 2:00 p.m. Rev. Ken Garrity will officiate with interment to follow at the St. Oswald Cemetery. Thanks to the Rosewood Lodge and Stonewall Hospital staff who were all so wonderful. He loved them all so much. If friends so desire donations may be made to the Rosewood Lodge, Stonewall, or the Stonewall Hospital. We will miss you terribly Dad. MacKenzie Funeral Home, Stonewall in care of arrangements.
