Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryLYNNE MARY MANCINI October 10, 1943 - June 4, 2002 It is with heavy hearts and tearful eyes that we announce the peaceful passing of our dearest mother, friend, grandma, aunt and wife, Lynne Mancini. She leaves to mourn her passing her husband Vic and their five children, Christopher, Angela, Lisa (Emre), Teresa and Dianna who will all miss her dearly; and her four grandchildren, Alyshea, Brittany, Jiwan and Shelan. She also leaves her sister Cheryl Ewanus; and her niece Tracey; and nephew Derek. Mom was affectionately known as Tootsie, Mumsybear and Lynnie to the many friends who thought of her as "their mom." She opened her door to everyone and loved to laugh and have fun with her many "children" and her many friends. Moms wisdom, sense of humour and unconditional love will be so very much missed. We will remember all the good times. We had so much fun. "We love you Mom, always and forever." A private family memorial service has been held. Lynnes family extends their thanks to the doctors, nurses and staff who cared for Mom at the Health Sciences Centre. MOTHER You can only have one Mother, Loving, kind and true, No other friend in all the world Will be so true to you. For all her love and kindness, She asked for nothing in return, If all the world deserted us, To our Mother we would turn. To those of you who have a Mother, Treasure her with care, For you will never know her value, Until you see that shes not there. To hear her voice, to see her smile, To sit and talk with her a while, To be together in the same old way, Would be our dearest wish today. Author unknown.
