Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryANNA MARYNIAK Beloved wife of the late Stephan Maryniak, passed away Monday, June 10, 2002 at Holy Family Nursing Home, at the age of 97. Anna was born December 27, 1904 in the village of Slobidka, region of Rohatyn, Western Ukraine. She immigrated to Canada and settled in Winnipeg in 1930. She married Stephan Maryniak, November 15, 1930. She was employed as a seamstress at Buffalo Cap from 1941 to 1959. Anna enjoyed music, and as a young woman was a member of the Ukrainian Labor Temple mixed choir in Point Douglas. She is survived by her daughter Mary, son-in-law Dick Moore and grandson Jim. Anna was predeceased by her parents, Paul and Katherine Cymbalista; and three brothers. She will be lovingly remembered as a devoted wife, mother and grandmother. A special thank you to the staff at Holy Family Nursing Home for their care and kindness. Funeral service will be held on Friday, June 14 at 11:00 a.m. at Cropo Funeral Chapel, 1442 Main St. at Luxton Avenue. Interment will follow at Brookside Cemetery. CROPO FUNERAL CHAPEL 586-8044
