Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryCHARLES FREDERICK SCHWARK July 7, 1921 - June 10, 2002 Peacefully, on Monday, June 10, 2002, at the St. Boniface Hospital, Charlie, aged 80 years, passed away with his family by his side. Charlie leaves to mourn his beloved wife Florence of 54 years; his children, Melvin, Rick, Janet (Ross), Karen (Ernie), Brian; daughters-in-law, Kim and Joy; and grandchildren, Sandy, Michael, Jennifer, Shirley and Christopher. He was predeceased by his son Don in 1994. He will also be missed by his dog Rex. Charlie also leaves to mourn his sisters, Pat and Martha; his brother Bill (Lenora) his sister Margaret; his brother Raymond; and numerous nieces, nephews and friends. He is also survived by his brother-in-law Harvey (Nora) Zieske; sisters-in-law, Irene G. Schwark and Irene Schwark. Charlie was predeceased by his parents, August and Minnie; five sisters; three brothers; two brothers-in-law; three nephews and two nieces. Charlie was born on July 7, 1921, in Beausejour, MB. He was a farmer at heart and farmed until his passing. He loved when his grandchildren came to the farm. Off season, he worked at Currie Transportation, Abitibi and Steele Bros. The funeral service will be held on Saturday, June 15 at 1:00 p.m. at Sobering Funeral Chapel with Pastor Jeff Kilmartin officiating. Interment will follow in the Beausejour Town Cemetery. Friends may view at the funeral home on Friday, June 14 from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. and prior to the service. Pallbearers will be Harry Stobert, Edward Schwark, Les Eori, Wayne Stubel, Mark Otto, and Earl Schnellert. The family wishes to express their thanks to Dr. Peachell and the nursing staff at the St. Boniface Hospital, Intensive Care and Stepdown Unit. Flowers are gratefully declined.
