Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryJOHN TEPERTO John passed away peacefully on June 10, 2002 in Langley, BC. Predeceased by his son John Raymond. Survived by Mary, his wife of 56 years, who was always by his side; daughter Rosemary (Gary) son Robert (Karel) daughter-in-law Aileen; grandchildren, Derek, Jill, Todd, Marc, Corigan, Michael, Jamie; great-grandchildren, Megan, Erica; sisters, Anne of Los Angeles and Elizabeth (Roland) of Detroit. John was born January 27, 1919 in Hungary and immigrated to Canada in 1933. John served for the Canadian Forces in the Second World War and was a locomotive engineer with the Canadian Pacific Railroad of 37 years. Dads best time was with family and friends often cooking on the BBQ and enjoying the company he was with. Prayers will be offered on Thursday, June 13 at 6:00 p.m. at St. Nicholas Catholic Church, 20675-87th Ave., Langley, BC. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at the church on Friday, June 14 at 1:30 p.m. Interment will follow in Gardens of Gethsemani. In lieu of flowers, donations to Canuck Place, 1690 Matthews Ave., Vancouver, BC V6J 2T2 in Johns memory would be appreciated.
