JOHN ARNI JOHNSON On December 4, 2001 at the Health Sciences Centre in Winnipeg, John Arni Johnson of Winnipeg, formerly of Oakview, MB passed away peacefully at 68 years of age. John was born on March 16, 1933 at Oakview. He attended the Darwin School after which he stayed on the farm until the mid 60s. After leaving the farm, he drove truck at Ashern and in Winnipeg. Upon retirement he moved into Columbus Courts where he spent eight happy years. He will be sadly missed by his brother Gusti and family of Darwell, AB; sister Anna (George) of Darwell and their children, Dawn (Don), Hal (Holly), Deanna (Chris) and John; a special friend Judy Collinson; and many relatives and friends. He was predeceased by his mother Margaret; father John; brothers, Chris and Marvin. Cremation has taken place and a graveside service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, June 15, 2002 at Oakview Cemetery as he requested. Arrangements by: Arnason Funeral Homes Ltd.
