GERMAINE ONOFREYO With grace and in peace, embraced by those who loved her most, Germaine (Gerry) Onofreyo passed to a better place on June 12, 2002 at the Middlechurch Home of Winnipeg. Left to celebrate her life is her daughter Caryl Mock (Harv) grandson Tim Francis and his partner Melissa; Gerrys sisters, Martha Balharry, Theresa Bonin, Suzie Martin, Jackie Bousquet, and Yvonne Manchulinko; as well as her brother Alec Bousquet. Gerry was predeceased by her husband and best friend Fred; her parents, Odile and Pat Bousquet; sister Elizabeth Lauzon; and brother Henry Bousquet. Gerrys life was one of commitment and love, fuelled by a remarkable spirit and strength that energized those around her. At her request, cremation has taken place and there will be no service. Those wishing may make a donation in Gerrys name to the charity of their choice. Finally, the family wishes to acknowledge the care and dedication of the staff at Middlechurch Home, and the companionship of Penny Kasper and Sandy Mosienko, who all did so much to ensure that our mother and grandmother lived her last years in comfort and dignity.
