WILLIAM (BILL) KENNEDY SHERRATT
Born: Dec 30, 1930
Date of Passing: Jun 13, 2002
Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryWILLIAM (BILL) KENNEDY SHERRATT On June 13, 2002, our beloved father passed away peacefully with his girls by his side. Dad was born December 30, 1930 in Bienfait, SK, and with his family, moved to Winnipeg. It was in Winnipeg that he met and married our mother Joan (Bagnall) and they had five children. Dad started working at a very early age and spent 38 years with the Canadian National Railway before retiring in 1986. Mom and Dad then moved to Lintlaw, SK, where they "farmed" for seven years before moving to Round Lake, SK. Here, Dad could have his coffee and look out over the lake every morning and fish everyday. Dad was a quiet man who liked the simple life, coffee and cigarette in the morning, chance to go fishing and a ball game on T.V., but what Dad truly loved was his family. He was predeceased by his only son Darrell; daughter Dodi (Darlene) and his wife of 47 years, Joan. He leaves to mourn his girls, Dianne (her children, Amber and Brady), Wendy (her children, Shawn, Holly and Gabe) and Kim and husband Mark (their children, Amanda and Mark) his sister Connie (Bill) brothers, Larry and Raymond and their families. Also surviving are additional family members, Dick and Wilma Bagnall, Brian, Barry, Stew, Terry, Laurie, Charles, Garth and their families. The family would like to thank the Renal Unit and the Intensive Care Unit of Reginas General Hospital for their care and understanding. Funeral services will be held Monday June 17, at 1:00 p.m. at Thomson Funeral Chapels, 669 Broadway. Following a reception, interment will be held at St. Vital Cemetery. Flowers are gratefully declined. If desired, donations may be made to a charity of your choice. Till we are together again. THOMSON FUNERAL CHAPELS 783-7211
