SALLY ZOSIA SMITH (nee MIKLIECHUK, nee NAVROT) November 1, 1919 - June 15, 2002 Peacefully at the Beausejour Hospital, Beausejour, MB, Sally Smith, aged 82 years, passed away after a courageous battle with cancer. Our beloved mother went to join her brothers and sisters and her parents. She was predeceased by her first husband Ed Mikliechuk and her second husband James Smith. She will be lovingly remembered and sadly missed by her daughters, Carol Royal of Arizona, Judy Lavoie (Gerald) of Calgary, Terry Segal (Mitch) of Winnipeg, and Heather Tessier of Ottawa; by her son Tim (Louise) Mikliechuk of Winnipeg; also by her grandchildren, Derek and Dean of Texas, Lori (Allan), Tracy of Winnipeg, Sharon (Krisjan) of Toronto, Jacob (Candace), Stephen, Clare (Rick), Misty (Trevor), and Lauren (Armand), all of Winnipeg, Michael of Montreal, Gabe, Angela, Becky, Justin, and Stephen all of Ottawa, and Helen of Winnipeg as well as numerous great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchild, nieces and nephews, and her extended family and friends. The family would like to thank Dr. Kripart and Dr. Letocki of the Health Sciences Centre Cancer Care, Dr. Daphne Schmidt and the nurses and auxiliary staff of the Beausejour Hospital for the loving care of our precious mother and grandmother. The family would also like to thank Lana Romano, and Lenore Erickson of Beausejour, and Joan Arseniuk of Lac du Bonnet for the care and compassion shown to our mother. Cremation has taken place and a celebration of her life will be held in October of this year.
