Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryTHOMAS WHEELER August 13, 1935 - June 15, 2002 It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of our beloved father, grandfather and friend Thomas Wheeler. Thomas is survived by his sons: David (Annamarie) Tynamarie, Brittany, Glenroy (Raquel) Nashida, Devina; Daughters: Marva (Aletor) Matthew; Brandon, Maureen; Bryson, Corey, Louise Wheeler and Clarissa, Jenny and family, Faye and family, Mr. and Mrs. Neville and Veronica Scarlet, and many more family and friends. Thomas was born in Cedar Valley, Jamaica, and moved with his family to Winnipeg in the 1970s where he worked as a welder and later with Canada Post until his illness would no longer allow him to. Thomas had a great sense of humour, and he could always make you laugh. He will be deeply missed by his sons David and Glenroy and his daughters Maureen and Marva and the rest of the family. Funeral service will be held at 9:00 a.m., Friday, June 21, Glen Lawn Funeral Home, 455 Lagimodiere Blvd., (South of the Royal Canadian Mint). A gathering of family and friends will follow in the reception centre. Cremation will take place and a family interment will be held in Jamaica at a later date. A Living Memorial Tribute will be planted at Glen Lawn Memorial Gardens in memory of Thomas.
