Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryCLAUDETTE ROBERT (nee DANSEREAU) Suddenly, at her residence, at the age of 68, Claudette Robert, nee Dansereau, returned to the arms of Our Lord. Claudette leaves to mourn, her loving husband and high school sweetheart of 46 years, Gilles Robert; her five children, Lorraine Horton, Gerald, Jacques (Holly), Liette Robert (Marc Golke) and Roger (Lavona Parker). She was blessed with eight grandchildren, Megan, Jason, Janelle, Alaisha, Steven, Loni, Jodi and Jami. She is also survived by two sisters and three brothers and Gilles four brothers and their families. She was predeceased by her parents, Louis Dansereau and Mathilda (Bouchard) one brother Armand and one brother-in-law Jacques. Claudette was born in Letellier, MB on March 27, 1934 and attended Inverness School and Ste. Agathe School. She and Gilles were married in Letellier on October 6, 1956 and lived some six years in Edmonton. They moved to St. Norbert where they lived for over 35 years and retired very happily in Oak Point for the last eight years. She was active in her community, was past President of F.O.E. 3870 Ladies Auxiliary. She will be dearly missed by her auxiliary sisters. Funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, June 21 in the St. Norbert Roman Catholic Church with Father Antoine Vo Van Hoa presiding. Cremation has taken place and interment of the cremated remains reserved for the family members will take place on Saturday, June 22 at 11:00 a.m. Donations can be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation, 301 - 352 Donald St., Winnipeg, MB, R3B 2H8.
