Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryWILLIAM H. MATTHEW "BILL" Peacefully on June 21, 2002, Bill passed away at the St. Boniface Hospital at the age of 75 years. He is survived by his wife Vi of 52 years, son Rob (Gwen) Matthew, daughter Sheila (Marcel) Laroche, grandchildren, Jeremy and Jessica Matthew and Philip Laroche, two nieces, one nephew and their families and many special friends. Bill was born and lived in Transcona all his life. He worked at CN Transcona Shop as an accountant. Later he became the Regional Vice President for the C.B.R.T. and G.W. "Always fighting for the rights of the workers." With many fond memories at home and at Ottermere, Bill will be missed very much. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to a charity of choice. Service of remembrance will be held on Wednesday, June 26 at 3:30 p.m. at Green Acres Funeral Chapel, Hwy No. 1 East at Navin Road, with Rev. Don McIntyre officiating.
