FRANCES P. NEEDHAM (nee ANDERSON) Peacefully on Saturday, June 22, 2002 at the Central Park Lodge, 70 Poseidon Bay, Frances Needham, 89 years, beloved wife of the late Henry Needham. She was predeceased by her parents, Frank and Amelya Anderson, sister Mildred, and her husband William Hanna and brother in law Ernest Cropt. She is survived by her loving sisters, Dawn Cropt of Victoria, BC, and Edith (Arthur) Whitworth of Winnipeg; and brother Frank (Winnifred) Anderson of Grande Prairie, AB. Aunt Dill as she was lovingly known by her many nieces, Susan, Catherine, Frances, and Alice. Nephews, Douglas, Roger, Allen, Paul, Eric, and Marc; and spouses, as well as many grand-nieces and nephews. Frances was actively involved with the Daughters of The Nile, Jubilee Chapter and the Kiola Bridge Club. Special thanks go to Dr. Gerald Hanks, Dr. Pat Harris and Dr. D. Hartley and all the staff at Poseidon Bay for their loving and caring compassion. A celebration of Frances life will take place on Tuesday, June 25 at 2:00 p.m. in the Leatherdale Gardiner Funeral Chapel, 1501 Waverley St. In lieu of flowers memorial donations to CancerCare Manitoba, 675 McDermot, Winnipeg, MB, R3C 4A6, Shriners Burn Fund, Khartum Temple, 1155 Wilkes Ave., Winnipeg, MB, R3P 1B9, would be appreciated.
