HENRIETTA SCHULZ It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Henrietta Schulz, aged 69 years. Henrietta passed away peacefully after a lengthy illness at the Riverview Health Centre in Winnipeg. She was predeceased by her parents, Jacob and Helena Wallman of Brunkild, MB. In 1956, Henrietta married Menno. Henriettas family and home were her main interests; and she enjoyed participating in church activities such as Sunday School teaching, girls club activities and singing. She enjoyed reminiscing of her earlier years (growing up) on the farm and attending school in Brunkild. Henrietta volunteered much of her time at Global Gifts (M.C.C.), Bethel Place, St. Amant Centre and to the many who just needed someone to talk to. She loved to go for walks and hikes. Henrietta leaves to cherish her memory, husband Menno; sons, Evan (Arlie) and Rennie (Cindy) both of Winnipeg; six grandchildren, Cory, Brenden, Kalena, Paul, Rae-Anna and Sarah; also three brothers, Jake (Frieda) of Steinbach, MB, Dave (Mary) Charleswood, Walter (Hilda) Nanaimo, BC; one sister Helen (Peter) Warkentin, Winnipeg. She will also be missed by her cousins, nieces and nephews and by her extended family and friends. Our thanks go out to the friendly staff on CD4 at the Riverview Health Centre who adopted Henrietta into their family; to the Acute Care Division at Misericordia Hospital, and to David Winter of Pastoral Care, who faithfully visited her. The funeral service for Henrietta Schulz will be held on Wednesday, June 26, 2002 at 2:00 p.m. at the Springstein Mennonite Church, Springstein, MB, with burial at the local cemetery. Viewing will take place at the church prior to the service. Lovingly remembered by Menno and family. LECLAIRE BROTHERS in care of arrangements; 775-2220.
