Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryGARY LOUIS WERBICKI It is with great sadness that we announce the sudden death of our cousin, nephew and friend, Gary Louis Werbicki, on June 23, 2002 at the age of 43 years. Gary was predeceased by his brother Greg; and his parents, Anne and Louis Werbicki. He is survived by his cousins, Nancy (Bill) Hubert, Diane (Larry) Korolyk, Ron Ross (Enda) his aunt Anne Ross; plus many more cousins and friends. Gary enjoyed travelling, gardening and fishing with his friends. He spent his entire working life at the CNR, as a crane operator. Prayers will be offered Thursday evening, June 27, at 8:00 p.m. at the Transcona Funeral Chapel, 1800 Day St. Funeral Liturgy to follow on Friday, June 28 at 11:00 a.m. at St. Michaels Ukrainian Catholic Church, 400 Day St., with Rev. Deacon Michael Krochak officiating. Interment at the family plot, Transcona Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Garys longtime friends, Wayne Lewis, Nick Leskiw, Jeff Betts, Richard Toolis, John Nykoluk, Blair Dooley, and honorary pallbearer, Garys best friend, Gordon Fife. Transcona Funeral Chapel in care of arrangements.
