GLADYS CLARA IRENE COOK (nee BAYNTON) February 7, 1912 - June 27, 2002 Peacefully entered into rest at RiverView Terrace Retirement Residence, Brantford, ON, on June 27, 2002, Gladys Cook in her 90th year. Beloved wife of Elmer Maynard Cook. Loving mother of Dovell and her husband Bill McLellan of Calgary, and Lesleigh and her husband Greg Neid of Mississauga. Cherished grandmother of Scott and Michael McLellan, Krista and her husband Peter Langlois, and Sara-Jane Neid. Dearly remembered sister of Bill Baynton of Brandon, MB. A memorial service will be held on Thursday, July 4 at 7:00 p.m. at the RiverView Terrace Retirement Residence, 104 Brant Ave., Brantford (519) 756-4141. A private family service will be held on Tuesday, July 16 in Brandon, MB. The family wishes to extend their thanks to the residents, the staff of RiverView Terrace, Gold River CareHomes, Drs. Johnson and Gade and the Brantford CCAC for their gentle and loving care. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Reach from the Rainbow Student Scholarship, 20 Torlake Cres., Toronto, ON (416) 503-0088. A tree will be planted for Gladys in the Beckett-Glaves Memorial Forest.
