Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryAMADO LINGAT DAET, SR. Peacefully, after a lengthy illness, on Sunday, June 30, 2002, at the St. Boniface Hospital, Amado Lingat Daet, Sr., aged 57 years, dearly beloved husband of Erlinda, loving father of Amado Jr.; father-in-law of Karen; grandfather to Brent and Tyler, entered into his eternal rest. Besides his wife, son, daughter-in-law and grandsons, Amados memory will be forever cherished, and he will be sadly missed by brother, Jose (Gertrude) nieces, Juliet, Angela and Grace; brother, Tony; sister Lita (Ed), all of Winnipeg, MB; as well as numerous brothers and sisters in The Philippines. He will also be fondly remembered by many nephews, nieces, relatives, friends, co-workers and neighbours. Lamay will be held Friday, July 5 from 6:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m. (midnight), with a prayer vigil at 8:00 p.m., at Knysh Funeral Chapel, 1020 Main St. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Saturday, July 6 at 10:00 a.m., at Saint Anthony of Padua Roman Catholic Church, 250 Burrin Ave. and Aikins Street, with Rev. Fr. Terance P. McGrath presiding. Interment will take place in The Philippines. At this time the family would like to extend their sincere thanks and appreciation to all the doctors, nurses and staff at the St. Boniface Dialysis Unit, all of our family, and friends for all their acts of kindness, love, prayers, and support at this time.
