Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryFRANCES VICTORIA CLARKE Passed away peacefully at Unitarian House on Saturday, June 29, 2002 in her 96th year. Widow of the late Rev. Canon Serson S. Clarke. Loving mother of John (Joyce), Ottawa, Constance Byam Shaw (Nicolas), London, England, and Penny Vatnsdal (Gary), Winnipeg. Proud grandmother of Gregory and Christopher Clarke, Tara Preston, Christiane Wilson, Jemma Allett, Jed Wilson, Cassandra and Jasper Goldman and Caelum and Joshua Vatnsdal. Also surviving her are 12 great-grandchildren. Frances will be remembered by many friends at St. Lukes Anglican Church, Ottawa, St. Pauls, Winnipeg, and St. James, Manotick. Friends may visit at the Central Chapel of Hulse, Playfair & McGarry, 315 McLeod St., Ottawa on Thursday, July 4 from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. The funeral service will be held at St. Lukes Anglican Church, 760 Somerset St. W., Ottawa, on Friday, July 5 at 11:00 a.m. Interment Pinecrest Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations to Unitarian House, 20 Cleary Ave., Ottawa, ON K2A 3Z9 or to St. Lukes Anglican Church, 760 Somerset St. W., Ottawa, ON K1R 6P9 would be appreciated by the family. The family wishes to thank the kind and compassionate staff of Unitarian House where Frances resided the last 10 years.
