ANNA MAMALICK After a short illness on June 3, 2002 at the Victoria General Hospital, Winnipeg, MB., Anna Mamalick of Fisher Branch, passed away at the age of 78 years. She was predeceased by her parents in Poland and her husband, Fred in 1987. Anna is survived by her nephews in Poland and the USA; one cousin, Bob (Marlene) Wuskynyk of Red Rose, MB, and Godchild Michael Wuskynyk of Red Rose, MB. Anna and Fred Mamalick spent a great deal of time at the Wuskynyks, with their adopted family, Godchild Michael; brother Bobby; sisters, Doris Ann and Dawn. Anna was a hardworking woman who took great pride in her yard and her wonderful garden. She was on the Catholic Womens League, helping ladies cook and fundraise. Prayer service will be held on Friday, July 5, at the Immaculate Conception Parish in Fisher Branch at 1:00 p.m. Interment to follow at the St. Nicholas Ukrainian Catholic Cemetery, Father David Kowalski officiating. I wish I could have said good bye but all I new was her and my great uncle fred lived in fisher branch my dad disappeared from my life so I had no way of contacting them I heard uncle fred passed many years ago and now I was trying to find my father on the computer and aunty anna came up im sorry to hear she passed and my heart goes out to her family I know its late in coming but again I never knew, so id like to say aunty anna I know you are in a better place you uncle fred uncle nick and grandma are truly missed love you and until we meet again. - Posted by: bobby mamalick (she was my great aunt) on: Jun 19, 2016
