KATHERINE ELAINE GIBSON Mrs. Katherine Elaine Gibson was born at Libau, MB on May 2, 1916. She passed away on June 30, 2002 at the Eagle Park Health Care Facility, Qualicum Beach, BC. Katherine moved to Parksville, BC in 1968. She was predeceased by her husband Michael Joseph Gibson in 1988. She leaves to mourn her daughters, Verna Gibson of Winnipeg, Doreen and her husband Steve Samagalski of Winnipeg; her sons, Ronald and his wife Gwendolyn Gibson of Winnipeg, Russell and his wife Gene Gibson of Nanaimo, BC and Sheldon and his wife Sarina of Edmonton, AB. Katherine is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 19 great-grandchildren; and numerous friends. Katherine was predeceased by one granddaughter and one grandson. Heartfelt thanks to Dr. Desai, Home Care Nursing Staff, Eagle Park Health Care Facility, Heather Makinson and to Daryl and Norine Gibson.
