HUGH HUDSON 1915-2002 Born February 3, 1915, 87 years young. With dignity and in peace with family by his side, our beloved father, grandfather, great-grandfather, great-great-grand-father, uncle and friend, Hugh Hudson of Peguis, MB, passed away on July 3, 2002 at the age of 87 years at the Percy E. Moore hospital. Hugh leaves to mourn his sons and their wives, Alex and Joan, William, Herb and Val. He thought the world of his 15 precious grand-children, 32 great-grandchildren, one great-great-grandchild; sister-in-law Liz Connelly; special nephew William Thomas and wife Ely; special aunt Annie Kirkness; numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Hugh was predeceased by his mother and father, Jessie and Jhordy Hudson; his wife Ruth, of 45 years; brothers, Alex Bradburn, Bert Hudson; sisters, Kate Sinclair, Laura Thomas and Hattie Stevenson; daughter-in-law Marion; and brother-in-law Sam Connelly. Hugh was devoted and loving as a father and grandfather to his family and friends. Special thanks goes to the Percy E. Moore Hospital medical staff and home care workers, Thelma McKay, Steena Wilson, Rhoda Mason, Ronda Wilson, Denise Spence, Bev Cameron, Gerilyn Smith, Dots, Doreen Bird, Norman Murdock, Rev. Barry Bear, Freda, for your prayers and compassionate care and help during the loss of our father. Wake service will be held Friday, July 5 at St. Mathews Anglican Church at 8:00 p.m. Funeral service will be held Saturday, July 6 at St. Mathews Anglican Church at 2:00 p.m. Rev.
