RUDOLF MENZEL On June 28, 2002, Rudy Menzel passed away at the Seven Oaks Hospital. He was predeceased by his wife Wilhelmine and his parents. His memory will be cherished by his stepdaughter Lore Berg and her family. After immigrating to Canada from his native Germany, Rudy spent many years working for Safeway. He and Wilhelmine had a passionate love for travelling and in particular enjoyed their many trips to Hawaii. Rudys interest in horticulture led to a competitive status in Orchid growing. He was a devoted husband to Wilhelmine and missed her greatly after her passing. He maintained his good sense of humour all of his life and he will be sadly missed by those who knew him. A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, July 9 at 12:30 p.m. at the Chapel Lawn Funeral Home, 4000 Portage Ave. Arrangements entrusted to: CHAPEL LAWN FUNERAL HOME CEMETERY AND CREMATORIUM 885-9715
