ANNA ZYTNYK On Saturday, July 6, 2002, peacefully surrounded by her family, Anna Zytnyk aged 90 years passed away. She leaves to mourn two sons, Alex (Elise), Walter (Sally) Zytnyk; daughter Helen (John) Banewski; daughter-in-law Lydia Zytnyk; ten grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by her husband Alexander in 1995 and her son Nick in 1996. Anna was born in selo Vepryk, Poltawska oblast, W. Ukraine. In 1951 she came to Winnipeg with her husband and children. She loved life. Had a smile for everyone and made everyone laugh. She will be missed but never forgotten. Prayers will be sung at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, July 9 at Korban Funeral Chapel, 907 Main St. Funeral service will be held at 9:00 a.m. on Wednesday, July 10 at Ukrainian Orthodox Cathedral of St. Mary the Protectress, 820 Burrows Ave., with Rev. Jaroslaw S. Buciora officiating. Interment to follow in Glen Eden Cemetery. Pallbearers will be her grandsons, Michael, Stanley, John Zytnyk, John and Steve Banewski; and great-grandson Phillip Zytnyk. VICHNAYA PAMYAT KORBAN FUNERAL CHAPEL 956-2193
