HARRY DONALD BERGSON On Monday, July 8, 2002, at the Portage District General Hospital, Harry Donald Bergson, of Portage la Prairie, beloved husband of Evelyn Bergson, passed away at the age of 72 years. Funeral service will be held on Friday, July 12, at 1:30 p.m. in the Chapel of the Omega Funeral Home, with Pastor Steve Wilson officiating. Interment will follow in Hillside Cemetery. Predeceased by his parents, one daughter Noreen Mozdzen in 1989 and one grandson Kevin Turko in 1976. He leaves to mourn his passing his wife Evelyn of 52 years; one son Leland (Shelley) of Winnipeg; three daughters, Diane (Jim) Thomson of Yorkton, SK, Val (Perry) Turko of Alonsa, Brenda (Rene) Duchesne of Portage; 11 grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren. Also surviving are five brothers, two sisters and many nieces and nephews.
