Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryLEO FRANK HOFFMAN Leo Frank Hoffman 82, at Nanaimo Regional Hospital September 8, 2002. Born in Langenburg, SK August 16, 1920. Leo is survived by his loving wife Ruth after 59 years of marriage; sons, Roddy of Qualicum Beach, BC, Gary (Wendy) of Langley, BC; grandchildren, Kyle, Kara, Ryan and Tyler; and great-grandchildren, Anthony and Abigail; sisters, Gertrude Stevens, Hertha Mentall and Gladys Webb and many nieces and nephews. Leo was an aviator and served with the R.C.A.F. during the war. He was Chief flying instructor at the Winnipeg Flying Club for many years and was an Inspector with the Department of Transport until his retirement in 1980. He lived in his retirement home in Qualicum Beach, BC from 1988 until his death. There is no service at his request and in lieu of flowers donations may be made to the BC Lung Association.
