MARNI DAWN DAME (SOUKA)
Born: Jul 02, 1964
Date of Passing: Jul 02, 2002
Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryMARNI DAWN DAME (nee SOUKA) August 2, 1964 - July 2, 2002 In the early hours of dawn, Marni entered and left this earth for a higher plane of existence. Leaving behind to grieve this tragic loss are her daughter Shawna; son Colton; parents, Donalda and Walter Souka; her sister Tanya and husband Pat DeWarle; Grandma Ramsay; and other family members and friends too numerous to name. A courageous young woman who lived and loved life to the fullest, continually challenged herself through achievements at higher levels of education, health and physical fitness, her work as an Administrative Supervisor at the Surrey Memorial Hospital, and volunteer work with the Childrens Wish Foundation. Having survived her own personal battle with cancer, this was Marnis way of sharing her gratitude for her own life with children less fortunate. All who crossed her path felt the Dawn in her name as she radiated that light for which she was named. She devoted herself to her children as a wise woman of love, discipline, and as their playmate and friend. She can never be replaced in our hearts. My spirit soars with the Creator above, My light will be with you each Dawn. As dusk descends upon my loved ones, Know that I watch over you always, And its Together we rest. In lieu of flowers, a Trust Fund for her children has been established with Scotiabank at 180 - 8888 152nd Street, Fleetwood Square, Surrey, BC; Transit #12070-002.
