HENRIETTA JESSIE BUSH Peacefully on the morning of July 12, 2002 Henrietta Bush passed away at the East Gate Lodge at the age of 86 years. Hattie was born in Beausejour and lived here throughout her lifetime. She was employed at the Beausejour Clinic for many years. She was proud of her position there. She worked and supported herself throughout all of her life. Hattie was an Honorary Member of the Beausejour Curling Club and spent many hours reading and working on Jig Saw Puzzles, finding it difficult to find one challenging enough. Hattie was born to a large family of nine brothers and sisters. Left to mourn her passing is Jean Cunningham of Winnipeg, Edith DeMarco of Beausejour, Herm Bush of Kelowna and Celia Kirkhope of Winnipeg as well as numerous nieces and nephews, and sisters-in-law. Throughout her life Hattie had a passionate desire to travel and to see other things in this world. An illness in her later years prevented her from doing this and she stayed close to Beausejour. Now Hattie is free from her pain and loneliness and is embarking on a peaceful voyage. For the last few years Hattie resided at the East Gate Lodge where she received excellent treatment. The family would like to thank Dr. Zeiler and the staff of the Beausejour Hospital. Cremation has taken place and a graveside service will be held at a later date.
