ARLENE MICHAUD On Friday, July 19, 2002 at the Health Sciences Centre, Arlene Michaud aged 66 years of Winnipeg, MB. Arlene was born in Selkirk, MB on November 28, 1935 and was raised by her grandparents, Alex and Charlotte Starr. She was predeceased by her mother Martha Starr and father William (Bill) Irvine; two sons, Allan Howard and Lorne Alexander Michaud; grandchildren, Vincent and Allan Michaud. Arlene is survived by her two sons, John (Bella) and Lloyd (Denise) two daughters, Linda (Vinh) and Jacqueline (Siva) sister Millie Orvis and Uncle Bill Starr; grandchildren, Stephanie, Trisha, Helen, Shelley, Barbara, Darlene, Ailene, Sidney, Vanessa, Davis and Ava; great-grandchildren, Devonni, Leoni-Dawn, Nathan and Ashton. Funeral Services will be held on Wednesday, July 24 at 2:00 p.m. in the Gilbart Funeral Chapel, Selkirk. Interment to follow in the St. Peters Cemetery. A special thank you to Gilbert Pruden who became a stepson and a special friend and a person who helped out Arlene with great love and compassion when she needed it most. Also, to Andy Sinclair, her companion and friend who helped her through the many years. The family wishes to express heartfelt thanks to all the doctors and nurses in the Dialysis Unit at Health Sciences Centre. She will be sadly missed by her many relatives and friends.
