WILLIAM WASYLIK Bill passed away on Monday, July 22, 2002 at the age of 77 years. He was born at Walkleyburg, MB on November 8, 1924 and attended Brightstar and Tyndall schools. Bill was involved in custom trucking and mixed farming. "Butch" enjoyed his social gatherings and community card games. Bill was predeceased by his parents, Barbara and Kost; brothers, Paul, John, Mike and Peter; and sisters, Mary Anne and Pearl. He leaves surviving his loving wife Eleanor; daughters, Gerry (Ken) and Carol; sons, Ken (Merle) and Will (Rhonda) sisters-in-law, Sophie, Stella and Anne Wasylik; six grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. Funeral service will be held on Thursday, July 25 at 10:00 a.m. in the Gilbart Funeral Chapel, Selkirk, with Deacon Ray Sutton officiating. Special thanks to Myrtle Obie of Home Care for all the loving care given to Bill and also to the doctors, nurses and staff at the Selkirk General Hospital.
