PETER PANAGIOTOU June 18, 1918 - July 13, 2002 It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved father and grandfather. Peter Panagiotou passed away unexpectedly on July 13, 2002 at Toronto East General Hospital. Peter was born in Greece and moved to Brandon, MB with his family in 1967. In Brandon, Dad owned and operated the East End Shoe Repair Shop. After raising his seven children he and his wife Dimitra moved to Toronto where they lived for the last 10 years. Peter loved life and enjoyed the many loyal and lasting friendships he made wherever he went. He was predeceased by the sudden death of his daughter Stella. He is survived by his beloved wife of 47 years Dimitra of Toronto and his children, Andreas (Danielle) Panagiotou, Stathoula (Aris) Intzempelis of Toronto, Maria (Tony) Vagianos, Roula (Bill) Peters, Anastasia (Bob) Glacken of Winnipeg, and George (Heather) Panagiotou of Brandon. Peter was very proud of his 12 grandchildren and his nine great-grandchildren. He also leaves behind his 92 year old sister Chrisoula in Corinth, Greece. Chrisoula also loved him very much. We love you Dad and we miss you very much.
