LAURENT PAQUETTE It is with sadness that we announce the passing of Lauren Paquette, beloved husband of Noella (nee DeBlois) on Friday, July 26, 2002, at the St. Boniface Hospital at the age of 70 years. He was predeceased by his parents Romeo Paquette and Delphis and Rosilia Lafantaisie; his brother Paul Paquette; two sisters, Irene and Rita at an early age; parents-in-law Ovide and Blanche DeBlois; six brothers-in-law, Richmond Nault, Jean Maynard, Rene Audette, Robert Cure, Maurice and Jean DeBlois; niece and nephews France, Romeo, Mathew and Real. Laurent is lovingly remembered by his wife of 48 years, Noella; and his 10 siblings, Therese, Albert (Cecile), Arthur, Pierre (Simone), Lorraine (Terry), Estelle, Diana (Julien), Martial (Helene), Raynald (Renae) and Gilles (Gisele) sisters-in-law, Yolande, Lorraine (George), Eveline, Suzanne (Gordie), Marilyn; brothers-in-law, Rosaire (Agathe), Paul (Marianne) and Marcel; as well as numerous nieces and nephews. Larry will be sadly missed by his family and all his friends at 400 Des Meurons. Prayers will be said at 7:00 p.m. on Monday, July 29, 2002 at Desjardins Funeral Chapel, 357 Des Meurons St. Funeral mass, presided by Msgr. Albert Frechette, will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, July 30 at St. Boniface Cathedral with viewing one half hour prior to the service. Cremation will follow. Interment of the cremated remains will take place at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, July 31 at Glen Lawn Memorial Gardens. If friends so desire, in lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Larrys memory to CancerCare Manitoba, 675 McDermot Ave., Winnipeg, MB R3E 0V9.
