SIGURLIN (LINA) INGIBJORG HALLDORSSON 1916 - 2002 It is with great sadness we announce the peaceful passing of our mother and amma on July 26, 2002 in Winnipeg, MB. Sigurlin was born on March 3, 1916 in the Ashern, MB area where she was raised. She moved to Winnipeg where she met and married Sigurdur (Siggi) Halldorsson, who predeceased her in 1973. She will be missed by her daughters, Margret Halldorsson and Alda (Ian) Wingfield; grandchildren, Geoff and Chris (Tara) great-granddaughter Madelaine; sister Maria Russell; and many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. Funeral service will be at Neil Bardal Inc., 984 Portage Ave. at Aubrey Street, on Wednesday, July 31 at 12:00 noon. Viewing will take place one-half hour prior at 11:30 a.m. Interment to follow at Brookside Cemetery.
