GARY GLADU 1955 - 2002 "Dad" It is with great, great sadness, that we announce the sudden passing of our very young father Gary Gladu. Gary peacefully passed away on Friday, July 26, 2002. He was only 46 years old. Gary was predeceased by his mother and father Vera and Edward Gladu. Gary will be terribly missed by his three children, Brandy (Pat), Eric and Mindy; four grandchildren, Deanndra, Kearstin, Trenton and Keenan; brother Edward (Val) sister Lori Pownell (Dave) nephews, Jason and Kevin; nieces, Andrea and Teri; great-nephew Brendon; goddaughter Serena; and former wife Jessie. Gary worked at the Winnipeg Free Press for 23 years. Any spare time that Gary had was spent with his family, friends and on the golf course, bringing laughter into everyones life. Gary will be terribly missed by all who knew him - he will live on in our memory and hearts forever. We love you, Dad. A celebration of Garys life will be held on Friday, August 2 at 1:30 p.m. in the Windsor Park United Church, 1062 Autumnwood Dr. In lieu of flowers, if friends so desire, donations may be made in Garys memory to the Alcoholism Foundation of Manitoba.
