Date of Passing: Jul 29, 2002
Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryRYAN GEORGE RENAUD October 13, 1976 - July 29, 2002 With his passing at 25 years of age, Ryan leaves to mourn his two young sons, Brendyn and Lucas; his mum Victoria Gallimore; brother Jason Renaud; father George Renaud; stepfather Mick Boreham; and many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. Ryan was born in Winnipeg and attended Buchanan Heritage and Sturgeon Creek Schools. He always remained a "St. James boy" at heart. He went on to work at Winnipeg Enterprises, Industrial Rubber and Instabox, with many varied jobs in between, one as far away as British Columbia. Many of his co-workers became good friends, off the job as well. People were drawn to Ryans sense of adventure and unique brand of humour covering a deep sensitivity and caring for others. Ryan shared a passion for fishing, boating and camping with Mick, the more remote the area, the better. For many years, he spent the May long weekends working at the Optimist Buffalo Barbeque. He loved family get-togethers, many taking place at Aunty Pats. He also had great times just "hanging out" with his brother Jason and their many mutual friends. His children will miss their special moments with their dad, be it playing at the park, going for walks or on special outings or just watching movies at grandmas house. Funeral service will be held on Saturday, August 3 at 11:00 a.m. in the Leatherdale Gardiner Funeral Chapel, 1858 Portage Ave. Victoria and Jason extend a special thanks to Max and Pat Ryan and to Aleta for taking us under their wings for awhile. Flowers are gratefully declined. If friends so desire a donation in Ryans memory may be made to a charity of your choice. "Ryan, until we meet again" LEATHERDALE GARDINER 1858 Portage Avenue 949-4872
