Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryHELEN MARGARET WEBSTER Peacefully on July 21, 2002, Helen Margaret Webster of Winnipeg passed away. Helen was a kind, strong and independent woman who cherished her family and was likewise adored. Born in 1918 in Regina, Helen later moved with family to Port Arthur where she spent many happy, youthful years. She later moved with her parents to Winnipeg, where she settled and worked as a career woman, all the while raising a wonderful family. Helen was predeceased by her wonderful husband Gavin; her treasured daughter Sharon; and her devoted parents, William Duncan and Margaret McIntosh. She is lovingly remembered by her daughter Diane Stewart and husband Leo; and grandchildren, Alexander and Fiona (Mike) her son-in-law Ronald Landry; and grandchildren, Christine (Humphrey) and Thor (Laura). Much like her parents before her, Helens pioneer spirit thrived over the decades. She was a beloved mother and grandmother who until the very end possessed a keen intellect and understanding, not only of the people around her, but also of the world in which they lived. The family extends its heartfelt gratitude to the staff of the Health Sciences Centre and Riverview Health Centre (3-E) for their compassionate care. Loved forever, Helen Margaret Webster - Mom, Grandma, Nanny. A graveside service will be held at Waverley Memorial Gardens on Thursday, August 1 at 2:00 p.m. LEATHERDALE GARDINER 1501 Waverley Street 949-4860
