ALINE CARON (nee LEMOINE) Avec tristesse, Nicole et Lise et leur epoux Marcel Boulet et Normand Landry annoncent que leur maman Aline Caron (Lemoine) est decedee paisiblement a lHopital St-Boniface le dimanche 4 aout 2002, a lage de quatre-vingt-six ans apres une courte maladie dune semaine. Elle laisse dans le deuil deux filles et leur epoux, Nicole Caron-Boulet (Marcel Boulet) et Lise Caron-Landry (Normand Landry) ainsi quun petit fils Marc Landry et trois petites-filles, Natalie Landry, Sylvie Landry et Janelle Landry; une soeur et son epoux Bibiane (Peter Wilson) et une belle-soeur et grande amie Germaine Lemoine (veuve de Joseph-Alexandre) ainsi que nombreux neveux, nieces, cousins et cousines. Seront dans la maison du Pere pour laccueillir, ses parents, Joseph Lemoine et Exilia (St-Onge) Lemoine, huit freres et soeurs Therese, Gabriel, Joseph-Alexandre, Raymond, Maurice, Gerard, David et sa soeur jumelle Annette, sa belle-soeur Cecile Caron ainsi que nombreux autres beaux-freres, belles soeurs, deux nieces et un neveu. Apes une longue et tres difficile lutte contre le cancer en 1997, Aline demeurait avec Nicole et Marcel au cours des derniers cinq ans et demi. Pendant ce temps, elle a "popotte" avec joie, fait de nombreuses sorties (meme un voyage au Mexique) et a passe de nombreuses heures avec le chat "Minou". Un grand merci a Germaine Lemoine ainsi qua Claude et Rose-Lynn Ruest pour leur appui lorsque Nicole et Marcel devait sabsenter. La messe des funerailles qui sera celebree par le Pere I. Blanchette, o.m.i., aura lieu le jeudi 8 aout a 14h00 en leglise du Precieux-Sang, 200, rue Kenny. Le visionnement aura lieu une demie-heure avant la messe des funerailles. Lenterrement prive aura lieu au cimetiere de Saint-Boniface, rue Archibald. Nicole, Lise, Marcel et Normand tiennent a remercier sincerement ceux et celles qui ont soutenu Aline par leurs prieres pendant les derniers sept jours, ainsi que le personnel de lHopital St-Boniface, en particulier le personnel de la salle durgence et de lunite de re-evaluation, le personnel de 6A ouest, les Dr. R. Steigerwald, Dr. P. Erhard, Dr. C. Bourque et ses residents pour les soins prodigues aupres de maman. Les personnes interessees peuvent faire un don a la memoire dAline au Centre Tache, 185 rue Despins. ALINE CARON (nee LEMOINE) It is with deep sadness that Nicole Caron-Boulet and her husband Marcel Boulet and Lise Caron-Landry and her husband Normand Landry announce the passing of their mother and mother-in-law at 86 and one-half years of age peacefully at St. Boniface Hospital on Sunday, August 4, 2002 after a brief illness of one week. She leaves to cherish her memory two daughters, Nicole (Marcel Boulet) and Lise (Normand Landry) four grandchildren, Marc Landry, Natalie Landry, Sylvie Landry and Janelle Landry; one sister Bibiane and her husband Peter Wilson; one sister-in-law and dear friend Germaine Lemoine (widow of Joseph-Alexandre) as well as numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. Aline was predeceased by her husband Joseph Caron in 1972; her parents, Joseph Lemoine and Exilia (St-Onge) Lemoine; as well as eight brothers and sisters, Therese, Gabriel, Joseph-Alexandre, Raymond, Maurice, Gerard, David, and her twin sister Annette; her sister-in-law Cecile Caron with whom she lived with for 47 years; as well as numerous brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, two nieces and a nephew. After a long and successful fight with cancer in 1997, Aline spent the last five and a half years of her life living with Nicole and Marcel where despite her frailty enjoyed "puttering around the kitchen", going out on frequent outings (even a trip to Mexico), and keeping the cat "Minou" company. A special thanks to Germaine Lemoine and Claude and Rose-Lynn Ruest for the numerous times they stayed with maman when Nicole and Marcel were out of town. Mass of the Christian Burial will be celebrated on Thursday, August 8 at 2:00 p.m. at Paroisse du Precieux Sang, 200 Kenny, with Rev. Fr. I. Blanchette, o.m.i. presiding. Viewing will be held one-half hour prior to the service. A private family interment will be held at St. Boniface Cemetery on Archibald. Nicole, Lise, Marcel and Normand wish to thank everyone who supported Aline by their prayers over the past week as well as the staff at St. Boniface Hospital in particular the Emergency Department and reassessment area, the wonderful staff of 6A West, Dr. R. Steigerwald, Dr. P. Erhard and Dr. C. Bourque and his residents for the kindness and care their mother received.
