JOHANNA H. PETERS It is with great sadness the family announces the passing of Johanna Peters on Tuesday, August 6, 2002 at the St. Boniface Hospital. Left to remember Johanna is her husband of 48 years Peter; her two daughters, Jo-Anne Hanaway (Tom Vatrt) and Sam; her son Peter (Leona) as well as her grandchildren, Steven, Sarah, Jordan and Brandon. Johanna enjoyed bowling and playing cards with her friends at the Dutch Canadian Society. A celebration of Johannas life will take place on Monday, August 12 in the Edward J. Coutu Funeral Home between 1:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m. The family would like to extend a special thanks to Dr. Jolly, Dr. Gwozdecky, the first response teams and the emergency and MICU staff at the St. Boniface Hospital for their care and compassion.
